Job Summary:
OmegaHires is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Agile and Scrum methodologies to lead technology projects and coordinate cross-functional teams. The role involves project planning, delivery management, stakeholder communication, risk management, and ensuring successful execution of software development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Lead technology projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Project planning and delivery management.
• Stakeholder communication and risk management.
• Ensure successful execution of software development initiatives.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8+ years of experience in Technical Project Management
• Strong experience leading projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience managing software development, application modernization, or digital transformation projects
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience managing project schedules, risks, budgets, and resource allocation
• Solid understanding of SDLC, release management, and software delivery processes
Preferred:
