Job Description Title: Project Manager Resume Due Date: Thursday, April 30th, 2026 (5:00PM EST) Number of Vacancies: 1 Level: MP4, $80 - $100/hr INC (Depending on your exp) Duration: 18 Months Hours of work: 35 hours Location: 1908 Colonel Sam Drive, Oshawa (Hybrid - 3 days remote) Job Overview Support Reporting and Tool Accuracy: Ensure project data is accurate and maintained in relevant tools. Contribute to internal reporting and audit readiness by keeping repositories updated. Assist in Change Management and Deployment: Coordinate with change management teams for communication planning, deployment readiness, and post-deployment support for users and technical staff.

Support Vendor and Contract Management: Assist with vendor coordination, including deliverables tracking, contract compliance, and integration of third-party services and products. Quality and Compliance Support: Support the implementation of quality assurance practices and safety protocols during all phases of project execution. Risk and Issue Management: Identify, assess, and track project risks and issues.

Develop mitigation strategies and escalate as appropriate to ensure project success. Stakeholder and Communication Management: Engage with business partners and technical leads to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and risks. Prepare and present regular status reports and updates to stakeholders.

Technical Coordination: Collaborate with internal technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support technical delivery, infrastructure integration, and solution deployment within enterprise environments. Qualifications Requires knowledge of IT principles, computer science, or business practices relevant to technical project management, typically gained through completion of a four-year university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration (with a project management focus), or a related discipline. Role requires progressive experience in IT project management, including coordination of infrastructure, networking, or hybrid cloud projects.

Experience with Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall project methodologies, resource planning, risk assessment, and vendor coordination is essential. Familiarity with software technologies and PaaS services from Microsoft is an asset. Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders is an absolute necessity.

A period of over 6 years and up to and including 8 years is considered necessary to gain this experience. Strong communication skills in English (oral and written) are essential. PMP certification is a MUST.
