Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects (Internal Title: Project Management II) Implement and manage the assigned program elements from inception through to completionin close collaboration with the Program Manager Develop new project plans and reporting materials, including project charters, records, monthly updates, and quarterly dashboards in consultation with the required stakeholders, including clients Acting as a shared resource within an integrated project delivery environment, work in collaboration with the Project Manager to identify and utilize the required human and material resources to complete assigned tasks successfully Assist in formulation and administration of a resource allocation strategy to guide distribution of work and budgets Exercise authority in managing the assigned work and support the delivery of the project per the project plan Contribute to staff performance by ensuring excellence and adherence to specified deadlines Review and ensure observance of the overall scope, schedule, and budget Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans in consultation with assigned Project Management III or higher Track, monitor, and report on performance against project requirements, schedule, milestones, budgets, quality measures, and KPIs, Initiate project effectiveness by consulting with clients, project staff, and assigned Program Manager Consult with the assigned Program Manager to seek guidance and input during the key phases of a project Complete any tasks assigned by Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner WORKING CONDITIONS Hybrid With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.
