Technical Project Manager

Healthcare Analytics Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, project management acumen, and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Job Duties:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.

  • Document requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders to establish the project deliverables for client; proactively execute product strategies to task development for the development team and work with Stakeholders to establish deadlines.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, a related technical field or equivalent work experience.
  • 8-10 years of proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, managing complex software development, infrastructure, or IT projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Hybrid).
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
