Descriptionย 

DFS is seeking a Project Manager to help steward an internal submission tracking (project management) initiative. The goal is to map all incoming submissions across the Department, source data from a variety of manual and system-based processes and produce insightful reporting to Executive and Division leadership. The individual selected for this role will be tasked with leading coordination efforts across all Divisions and drive adoption of data-driven operational project management procedures.ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย 

Dutiesย 

  • Learn the regulatory landscape of DFS and identify all major submission processes for each Division.
  • Map and define source data for all major submission processes, establish timelines, and hold regular status meetings with Bureaus within each Division.
  • Identify and raise technical issues, bottlenecks, and roadblocks to management.
  • Produce regular status reports that visualize progress and reinforce scope.
  • Coordinate closely with Information Technology to understand system capabilities.
  • Create and maintain various reporting processes, including interactive dashboards and other visualizations of the initiative.

Mandatory Requirementsย 

  • Experience (15+ Years)
  • Plans, organizes and integrates cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact.

Requirementsย 

  • This is an 100% Onsite.
  • 84 months of enterprise project management experience with cross-functional teams.
  • 84 months of experience with strategic portfolio and program management.
  • 60 months of experience with executive stakeholder management and C-suite communications.
  • 60 months of experience with project performance reporting using KPIs and dashboards.
  • 48 months of experience coordinating closely with IT on technical projects
  • 48 months of experience utilizing SQL, Python, R, and/or VBA.
  • 24 Months of Experience in cloud-based data platforms, preferably Snowflake.
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree
