Seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with expertise in Microsoft Azure software development programs. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of key projects that enhance our digital presence and compliance with industry regulations.
1. Enterprise Agile Program Management - Manage large, complex programs in an Agile environment
2. Should have experience with Microsoft Azure software development projects. Microsoft TPM may manage more than one project.
3. Align with the program team on vision, goals, and securing cross-functional team commitments.
4. Lead stakeholder meetings to make key decisions, remove obstacles, and address program issues.
5. Maintain visibility on program status (decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics) for all stakeholders.
6. Remove obstacles hindering program outcomes.
7. Manage integration of new and existing technologies.
8. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and learning team environment.
9. Act as a thought leader to enhance delivery capabilities and challenge the status quo.
10. Mitigate risks across technical, organizational, informational, product, and data science dimensions. Drive effective technical program management practices.
