This Technical Program Product Manager role offers the opportunity to bridge technical and business teams, shape product delivery, and help drive meaningful impact in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate projects that support the development of new consumer-facing payments products
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable delivery plans
  • Help define web site and feature needs while balancing technical constraints and business priorities
  • Manage cross-functional execution and keep projects moving toward timely delivery
  • Serve as a point of escalation, helping resolve blockers and support decision-making across teams
  • Contribute to planning efforts that support secure, reliable, and scalable product outcomes
  • Work closely with both technical and non-technical partners to ensure alignment and progress
Skills
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a software developer or technical lead
  • Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree in computer science or a related field
  • Experience deploying network solutions in environments such as MS, Google, Meta, or Oracle
  • Strong understanding of project and program management principles
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrated success delivering software products from concept through deployment
