Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Technical Program Manager (TPM) with expertise in M&A integrations and End User Computing (EUC) transformations. This role is responsible for leading large-scale infrastructure and endpoint integration programs, ensuring seamless migration, deployment, and operational readiness across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge across identity, network, infrastructure, and EUC domains, combined with proven program governance and execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end program delivery from due diligence through Day 1 and post-close integration activities.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, including scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Ensure alignment across infrastructure, EUC, security, and business stakeholders.
  • Drive day-to-day execution of infrastructure and EUC integration programs.
  • Maintain detailed program governance artifacts, including milestone tracking, deliverables, RAID logs, and decision logs.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and blockers, driving resolution through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage escalations and provide executive-level reporting, dashboards, and program visibility.
  • Lead infrastructure integration initiatives involving:
  • Active Directory migrations and consolidation
  • Domain and forest trust design and migration
  • Identity synchronization and federation
  • Network trust establishment
  • Re-IP planning and execution
  • Connectivity, segmentation, and SD-WAN integration
  • Data center, cloud, server, endpoint, and platform readiness
  • Security and compliance integration
  • Lead large-scale EUC transformation programs supporting enterprise endpoint and VDI environments.
  • Manage phased deployment strategies, including Proof of Concept (POC), pilot, and full-scale deployment activities.
  • Oversee wave-based deployment planning, execution, tracking, and reporting.
  • Establish centralized deployment tracking and reporting processes for installation status, deployment progress, readiness, and risk mitigation.
  • Define pilot programs, validation criteria, and go/no-go decision frameworks.
  • Drive operational readiness and transition to steady-state operations, including support models, escalation processes, monitoring, and security operations alignment.
  • Coordinate activities across IT Operations, Security, SOC teams, Service Desk, Infrastructure Engineering, and external vendors.
  • Develop and execute organizational change management and communication strategies for technical and business stakeholders.
  • Create transition playbooks, operational runbooks, training materials, and deployment documentation.
  • Ensure successful handoff of integrated environments to operational support teams.

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management or project management.
  • 3+ years of experience leading M&A integration programs.
  • 5+ years of experience managing large-scale EUC, endpoint, or VDI transformation initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Active Directory migrations, identity management, and trust models
  • Network integrations, including trust establishment, re-IP planning, and SD-WAN
  • Large-scale endpoint management and deployment programs
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional enterprise programs.
  • Strong program governance, risk management, and execution skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and executive communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to drive large-scale technology transformations in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting enterprise deployments involving 5,000+ endpoints.
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender, endpoint security platforms, and SOC integration.
  • Experience working in Azure, AWS, or hybrid cloud environments.
  • Experience leading Day 1 and post-merger integration activities.
  • Familiarity with organizational change management and operational readiness frameworks.

Certifications
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification.
