Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced SAP S4 HANA Technical Program Manager to lead and deliver complex SAP S/4 HANA technology programs SAP S/4HANA transformations. This role is responsible for end-to-end program ownership, ensuring successful execution across multiple workstreams, vendors, and stakeholders while meeting business, technical, schedule, and budget objectives. The ideal candidate combines deep SAP technical understanding with strong program management, governance, and executive communication skills.
Program Leadership & Delivery
• Own end to end delivery of SAP S4 HANA technical programs, including planning, execution, governance, and closure
• Lead multiple SAP workstreams such as S/4HANA implementation or conversion, integration, data migration, testing, and cutover
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency management
• Track and report program status, risks, issues, and dependencies to senior leadership and steering committees
SAP Technical Oversight
• Provide technical leadership across SAP S/4HANA landscapes (Greenfield, Brownfield, and Conversion programs)
• Ensure SAP solution design aligns with enterprise architecture, scalability, performance, and compliance standards
• Oversee integration between SAP and non SAP systems
• Guide technical decision making in collaboration with solution architects and delivery teams
Stakeholder & Governance Management
• Act as the primary interface between business leaders, IT teams, SAP vendors, and system integrators
• Establish and run governance forums, program reviews, and executive status updates
• Prepare clear, executive ready communications and decision materials
• Drive alignment and resolve escalations across cross functional and multi vendor teams Risk, Quality & Change Management
• Proactively identify technical, operational, and delivery risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure adherence to SAP delivery methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate) and enterprise PMO standards
• Oversee quality gates, testing governance, change control, and release readiness
• Support cutover planning, go live readiness, and post go live stabilization
Financial & Resource Management
• Manage SAP program budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking
• Oversee resource planning, vendor performance, and contract adherence
• Ensure delivery within approved cost, scope, and timeline constraints
Base Salary Range : $120,000 to $170,000 Per Annum
