Program Manager / Cyber and Network Security / Hybrid / Atlanta, GA
Our client, one of the largest airlines in the world, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale cybersecurity initiatives supporting enterprise infrastructure and information security. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technical project manager with a strong background in network security, firewall technologies, cyber incident response, and threat intelligence.
In this highly visible role, you'll partner with cross-functional technology and security teams to drive complex projects from planning through execution while helping strengthen enterprise security capabilities. Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of IT Project or Program Management experience
  • 8+ years managing cybersecurity, network security, or security operations projects
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise firewall migration or network security infrastructure projects
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously within large enterprise environments
  • Experience managing project budgets exceeding $500K

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience supporting aviation, transportation, or other critical infrastructure organizations
  • Cloud security project experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Knowledge of PKI, certificate lifecycle management, and identity security
  • Experience leading security tool evaluations, vendor selection, and RFP processes
  • Familiarity with TSA and FAA cybersecurity requirements is a plus

What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
  • Lead complex cybersecurity and network security programs through the full project lifecycle, from initiation through successful delivery
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects involving firewall deployments, security infrastructure modernization, and enterprise security initiatives
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, risk registers, and executive status reporting
  • Coordinate firewall migration and modernization projects utilizing technologies such as Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, or similar platforms
  • Lead initiatives involving Zero Trust architecture, network segmentation, micro-segmentation, VPN, SD-WAN, IDS/IPS, WAF, DDoS protection, and network access control
