We are partnering with an innovative clean energy technology company that is scaling next-generation energy storage solutions. As the organization enters a critical phase of product development and validation, they are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional execution across engineering, testing, and manufacturing teams.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced hardware development environments and can drive complex technical programs from prototype through validation and production readiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional technical programs across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate product development activities through engineering build, testing, validation, and launch readiness.
  • Identify program risks, drive mitigation plans, and remove execution roadblocks.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Track dependencies across multiple workstreams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Drive accountability through regular program reviews, action item tracking, and status reporting.
  • Support continuous process improvements to enhance program execution and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
