  • Engage with suppliers for hardware/software development, design reviews, qualification activities and factory acceptance tests.

  • Manage TE development budgets and schedules, including regular performance reporting, Estimate at Completion (EAC) updates, and cost/schedule variance analysis.

  • Maintain an IPT project tracking system; hold REAs accountable for technical progress and program commitments.

  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in TE design practices, technologies and processes supporting RAM development.

  • Identify staffing/resource needs and remove programmatic or technical barriers for the team.

  • Mentor and coach junior engineers to grow technical depth and strengthen engineering discipline within the IPT.

  • Support occasional travel for supplier engagement, development testing, and engineering reviews.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

  • Experience in Test Equipment or Test Systems Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering, and/or Systems Engineering.
