Job description

HVAC Maintenance Technician
Join a respected facilities maintenance team supporting our manufacturing client. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HVAC professional seeking stable hours, potential overtime, and the possibility of converting to a full-time permanent position.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
-Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and test commercial HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
-Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on boilers, cooling towers, plumbing, electrical, and related building systems.
-Operate and monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and document maintenance activities within the CMMS system.
-Support general facility maintenance projects while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Required Skills & Experience
-EPA Certification required.
-Minimum 5 years of HVAC maintenance experience in a commercial, industrial, or facilities environment.
-Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigerants, electrical components, boilers, ventilation systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
-Computer proficiency and ability to utilize CMMS and building automation systems.
Preferred Skills & Experience
-Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and energy management programs.
-Working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, fire/life safety systems, and other building maintenance trades.
Schedule & Compensation
-Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
-Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required
