Job description

We are seeking a 2nd Shift Machinist for a position in Blairsville, PA.
An individual in this role will primarily operate CNC equipment, including complete set-up and operation to properly machine parts to customer and print specifications and be responsible for programs and program file management.
Minimum Qualifications
* High school diploma/GED
* Willingness to work shifts.
* CNC machining experience and/or training certification
* Basic math skills
* Ability to read, understand and interpret prints
* Hands-on experience with measuring instruments
* Ability to complete reports and documentation
* Must be able to read and understand written directions and procedures
* Working knowledge of proper tool positions, functions, settings, feed and speed rates as it relates to insert wear and chip formation
* Sound troubleshooting and problem solving skills related to product processing and ability to modify programs or equipment to correct requirements
* Experience with MasterCam would be a plus
