Position Title: Technical Writer

Position Purpose

The Technical Writer supports the JTMS Joint Program Office by ensuring meetings, decisions, and program activities are accurately documented, organized, and preserved. This role provides disciplined documentation and records support that enables leadership continuity, auditability, and effective coordination across the program.

  • Program records and SharePoint repositories are current, organized, and reliable.
  • Documentation provided to senior leaders is clear, consistent, and professionally formatted.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting DoD Program Management Offices (PMOs).
  • Familiarity with government tasking, correspondence, or records management systems.

Working Conditions
