Responsibilities:
Platform Delivery & Execution
  • Own cross-platform planning, milestones, dependencies, and delivery governance across Salesforce, Addepar, Vestmark, Sage Intacct, and FutureVault.
  • Drive execution of platform roadmaps, major initiatives, and complex releases while protecting operational stability.
  • Establish delivery cadences, decision forums, and escalation paths across technology and business teams.
  • Proactively identify delivery risks, platform constraints, and downstream impacts.
  • Manage change impacts to advisors, operations, and end users with clarity and discipline.

M&A Integration Enablement
  • Translate M&A integration complexity into executable plans across enterprise platforms.
  • Coordinate platform readiness, sequencing, data migration timelines, and cutover planning.
  • Ensure integrations align with target-state architecture, operating model, and risk posture.
  • Drive mitigation plans and informed trade-offs with leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in technical program management, delivery, or execution roles supporting enterprise platforms.
  • Background in wealth management, asset management, fintech, or regulated financial services environments preferred.
  • Experience managing vendor dependencies, platform constraints, and release cycles without defaulting to vendor support.
  • Experience working directly with engineers, architects, security, and product leaders to resolve complex delivery issues.
  • Exposure to multi-entity, multi-platform operating models at scale.
  • Prior experience supporting advisor-facing or client-facing platforms strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience supporting M&A integrations, system migrations, or large-scale operating-model change is a plus

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of how CRM, portfolio management, accounting, and document management platforms interact within a wealth management or financial services environment.
  • Direct, hands-on experience leading delivery for at least two of the following enterprise platforms: Addepar, Salesforce, Vestmark, FutureVault, Sage Intacct.
  • Understands how integrations, data flows, and workflows interact across systems.
  • Strong command of dependency management, risk mitigation, and execution trade-offs in platform-heavy environments.
  • Exceptional ability to turn ambiguity into structured, actionable plans and comfortable driving outcomes without formal authority.
  • Pragmatic approach to sequencing, trade-offs, and adoption.
  • Clear, concise communicator with senior leaders and technical teams.
  • Able to translate execution complexity into decision-ready narratives.

Pay Information
This position is exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of Illinois. The pay range for this position is $125,000 - 160,000 USD per year. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
Physical Requirements
  • This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.   • This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
