Job Description:

  • Recruit top talent; match career goals with our clients' hiring needs
  • Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates using various job boards and networking tools
  • Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of candidates through our screening process
  • Build and develop your own talent pipeline
  • Maintain relationships with Technical Professionals to gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals
  • Prepare candidates for interviews
  • Negotiate compensation packages

Qualifications:

  • Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, but also as an integral part of a dispersed team that interacts virtually
  • Experience with high-volume, full life-cycle recruiting in professional services
  • College degree (military experience acceptable substitute)
  • Sourcing, interviewing/screening and candidate management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple high priority searches simultaneously for a demanding client base
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - the ability to interact with all levels of professionals
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment - ability to change gears on short notice and adapt to changing priorities on a daily basis
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, persuasive, competitive, and out-going personality
  • Experience utilizing creative resources and techniques to source candidates
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft suite, specifically Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel. Experience with recruiting software strongly preferred

**This position is 4 days in office, 1 day remote.
