LAUKOA is seeking Logistics Support Specialists to operate and sustain the on-site Air Force logistics program supporting AFCEC research, test, maintenance, fabrication, and facility operations. The position manages accountable equipment, inventory databases, calibration and preventive-maintenance tracking, tool control, technical orders, compliance reviews, supply coordination, classified equipment, and related reporting.

  • Job Description / Summary of Duties:
    • Maintain the equipment and turn-in Inventory Management database and the Master Equipment Listing covering over 567 CA/CRL supply-accountable equipment items
    • Enforce logistics process discipline; conduct monthly and as-required compliance reviews of equipment management, TMDE, PMI, and composite tool kit (CTK) programs;
    • Produce LSEP monthly summary reports; analyze performance history and recommend corrections of deficiencies
    • Monitor TMDE, AFTO Form 244 PMI items, and shop equipment for AFI/TO compliance; implement user calibration requirements; maintain the master user-calibration schedule
    • Serve as alternate TMDE manager — monitor the quarterly master ID PMEL listing, coordinate with monitors from 10 PMEL accounts, and update MEL/Inventory Management databases quarterly
    • Serve as primary and alternate TODO — complete the General Technical Order On-Line Training Course within 30 days of award; maintain, file, order, and reconcile TOs monthly; conduct annual TO inspections
    • Serve as alternate equipment manager — guide equipment custodians of 10 CA/CRL accounts, ensure annual inventories, inspect custodian folders for DAFI and AFCEC compliance, coordinate turn-in disposition with base EMS
    • Manage ESD program compliance per for areas working electrical items
    • Support and track acquisition of systems, equipment, technology, and data; perform configuration and item management; conduct market research, recommend substitutes, track deliveries, obtain signatures on packing slips, and execute the ODC/Purchase Request process
    • Serve as CTK Custodian and tool-control focal point; maintain Master Inventory Lists, manage tool loans on AF Form 1297, annotate losses on AFMC IMT 61, and ensure EID marking
    • SECRET-level tasks: access the DLA website for DRMO turn-ins and PUB LOG; manage equipment for classified projects; manage COMSEC equipment through base supply; manage classified technical orders; use SIPRNet terminals, secure safes, and secure phones
    • Serve as alternate Unit Site Coordinator for AEDs; provide surge support to other work centers on work-order tasks
  • Required Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training equivalent to an Associate's degree (Associate's preferred)
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supply/logistics related field desired
    • Knowledge of logistics management theory and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) planning and execution
    • Ability to coordinate and integrate activities of logistics specialists and functional/support organizations
    • Proficiency with online databases, research techniques, word processing, and automated databases; ability to produce letters, reports, and memoranda
    • SECRET clearance required (interim Secret may be granted by the contractor's FSO if the requirement permits);
    • NACI baseline; DoD CAC;
    • U.S. person only
