What you’ll do
  • Own the internal tooling and systems that keep the business running day to day.
  • Design and automate the operational workflows across Customer, Sales, and Product.
  • Integrate the internal stack so data flows cleanly between systems.
  • Set standards for reliability, access, and process, and hold the team to them.
What we’re looking for
  • 4+ years in technical operations, revenue operations, or systems administration.
  • Hands-on experience integrating and automating SaaS tools.
  • A systems thinker who turns manual work into reliable process.
  • Clear communicator who works across every team.
Nice to have
  • Scripting or light development skills.
  • Experience scaling operations in an early, fast-moving company.
