The Apple News Operations team is looking for a strong engineer to build and maintain the internal tools and automation systems that power our operational workflows. As part of this role, you will also serve as a technical resource for publishers, helping them integrate with and get the most out of the platform.
The Apple News Operations team is seeking a Technical Operations Engineer to build and maintain the full-stack applications and data tools that internal teams depend on. You will also provide technical guidance to publishers, helping them navigate platform capabilities and troubleshoot integration issues. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable moving between technical problem-solving and partner-facing communication.
2-4 years of experience in a software engineering or technical operations roleUnderstanding of core programming principles, with experience in programming languages such as Python, and shell scripting.Experience with SQL and NoSQL database design, management, and optimizationExperience with React and related frontend technologiesAbility to analyze data and build solutions that drive actionable insights
