This is a hands\-on management role requiring both technical expertise and strong leadership skills to support the organization's networking, security, and infrastructure needs.   • Provide hands\-on technical leadership and management for the IT team.<\/span>

    • Strong networking expertise, including Cisco routers, firewalls, and VPNs. Must have a working knowledge of macro networking concepts for the above as well as SD\-WAN solutions.<\/span>

    • Experience managing Axiom camera surveillance systems <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Hands\-on experience with VMware including creation\/installation of VMs running MS Windows, migration through vMotion techniques (both VM and storage), ESX and client OS patching and upgrades, as well as monitoring for performance and security.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize network security and IT infrastructure. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
