Full-Time | In-Office

Wellspring Wealth Group is an independent financial services firm seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to join our three-advisor team.

We are committed to providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships with our clients. We're looking for someone with prior financial-services industry experience who is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of their work.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to clients by phone, email, and in person
  • Prepare, process, and track account paperwork and client service requests
  • Assist with new accounts, transfers, distributions, contributions, and account maintenance
  • Maintain accurate client information, tasks, and workflows within our CRM
  • Prepare materials and information for client review meetings
  • Follow up on outstanding client and account-related items through completion
  • Coordinate with custodians, investment companies, and other financial institutions
  • Assist advisors and our administrative team with scheduling, correspondence, client communications, and other operational needs
Qualifications
  • Previous financial-services industry experience is required
  • Experience in a financial advisory, wealth management, brokerage, or similar environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and able to learn new software and technology quickly
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion
  • Comfortable learning and working within multiple technology platforms

Technology Experience

Our practice uses technology to manage client relationships, workflows, financial planning, account administration, and communication. The ideal candidate is comfortable learning new systems and using technology to work efficiently.

Experience with Cambridge Investment Research, Pershing, Wealthbox CRM, eMoney, DocuSign, Microsoft Office/Outlook, or similar financial-services technology is a plus, but experience with our specific platforms is not required.
