Job description

Location: This position is based on-site in Lebanon, KY. Remote work is not available.Shift: 1st Shift (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain launch gateway documents to ensure timely program execution.
  • Support supplier selection, trial scheduling, and launch activities.
  • Coordinate material delivery and supplier-related issues.
  • Initiate, review, and track Product Change Requests (PCRs) through implementation.
  • Partner with Supplier Quality and Purchasing teams to resolve supplier concerns.
  • Identify localization opportunities and potential suppliers.
  • Set up new vendors and process purchasing requisitions.
  • Maintain project documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company environmental and operational standards.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred.
  • Experience in supplier management, purchasing, logistics, or automotive manufacturing preferred.
  • Knowledge of Toyota Production System (TPS) and Just-In-Time (JIT) manufacturing concepts.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset.
Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • JDE Edwards experience preferred.
  • Experience with project tracking and supplier management systems is a plus.
Physical & Work Environment
  • Office-based position with occasional manufacturing floor interaction.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and computer use.
  • Occasional lifting up to 30 pounds.
  • Occasional overtime, evening, or weekend work may be required.
