  • Provide technical input on system design, details, specifications, and installation requirements
  • Support sales and marketing with high-level technical guidance, complex project support, and competitive positioning when required
  • Promote a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement

Quality Assurance & Risk Management:
  • Establish metrics and reporting related to inspection quality, warranty trends, and technical performance
  • Proactively identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Serve as a key leader in protecting the MuleHide brand through sound technical decision-making

Leadership & Team Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop technical managers and senior technical staff across multiple disciplines
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and succession planning for critical technical roles
  • Foster collaboration between technical teams and other company leadership while maintaining technical independence and integrity

Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in the commercial low-slope roofing industry. Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing technical teams or programs
  • Deep knowledge of roofing systems, assemblies, details, inspections, warranties, and building codes
