As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Corporate Technology, Risk Technology, you will help lead complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders. Applying a broad knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential to developing innovative solutions, along with leveraging analytical reasoning, adaptability, and agility skills to navigate through ambiguity and change. Your strong communication abilities and expertise in stakeholder management will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, foster productive relationships, and ensure alignment on project objectives and governance. By optimizing resources, managing risks, and embracing agile methodologies, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact projects that shape the future of the firm.
Job responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology projects.
  • Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.
  • Champion agility and adaptability by embracing iterative approaches, responding quickly to changing requirements, and continuously improving project processes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Utilize technical fluency to evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, platforms, and vendor products for project implementation.
  • Monitor project progress, adjusting plans and schedules as needed, and providing regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project or program lifecycle.
  • Lead stakeholder management efforts, building strong relationships, facilitating effective communication, and driving consensus to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
  • Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
  • Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
  • Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
  • Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
