We're looking for a Senior Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to drive collaboration across broad, diverse teams to ensure plans and critical paths align

Key job responsibilities
Program Leadership & Coordination:
- Own manufacturing design and construction process and coordination across planning, design, construction, manufacturing integration and ramp through handover to operations teams
- 'Concept to completion' ownership of your programs with full accountability for program success
- Maintain program governance mechanisms including regular leadership reviews and cross-functional alignment
Cross-Functional Integration:
- Own scoping efforts by pulling together cross-functional teams, understanding their needs, driving technical planning, defining options/trade-offs/cost/schedule/impacts
- Secure alignment between working teams and leadership teams through effective stakeholder management
- Be the bridge that secures program alignment between large cross-functional teams: manufacturing, production, engineering, construction, facilities, material flow, and workplace spaces
- Apply 'Customer Obsession' by ensuring all stakeholders' needs are understood and integrated into program planning
Technical Program Management:
- Own program schedule, requirements, and reporting tools for visibility on progress, risks, changes, and mitigation strategies
- Understand and scrutinize technical stakeholders' requirements and translate them into project scope with clear execution plan and responsibilities
- Partner on leadership reviews, funding requests & cross-functional investigations and studies
- Drive data-driven decision making mechanisms and continuous improvement processes
Operational Excellence:
- Apply 'Deliver Results' through rigorous program management and execution discipline
- Drive 'Bias for Action' in resolving blockers and accelerating critical path activities
- Implement risk management frameworks and contingency planning
- Establish mechanisms for continuous learning and process improvement
