What's the opportunity?

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and coordinate our programs inside Applied AI. In this role, you will serve as the central point of coordination across research and development, engineering and production, business partners, and platform teams, ensuring our AI initiatives move from concept to deployment seamlessly and on schedule.

This is a high-visibility role requiring exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to navigate complex, cross-functional environments.

Your responsibilities include:

Program & Project Management

  • Own end-to-end program management for a portfolio of Credit and Fraud AI solutions

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams

  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively

  • Manage project tracking, workflows, and reporting using Jira

  • Ensure timely delivery against commitments while balancing scope, resources, and quality

Stakeholder Engagement & Coordination

  • Gather and translate business requirements into actionable technical plans

  • Serve as the primary liaison between: Research & Development teams (model development, experimentation), Engineering & Production teams (deployment, scaling, monitoring), Business Partners (Credit Risk, Fraud Operations), Platform Teams (infrastructure, MLOps, data engineering)

  • Facilitate cross-functional alignment through regular syncs, planning sessions, and retrospectives

Executive Communication & Reporting

  • Prepare clear, concise written updates and reports for senior leadership

  • Lead presentations to executives on program status, risks, and strategic decisions

  • Communicate progress, achievements, and challenges to stakeholders at all levels

AI Lifecycle Support

  • Support initiatives across the AI/ML lifecycle: research, development, validation, deployment, and monitoring

  • Collaborate with teams to ensure production readiness and ongoing model performance

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of AI delivery processes and best practices

You're our ideal candidate if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field

  • 5+ years in technical program or project management, preferably in technology or data-driven environments

  • Strong foundation in project management fundamentals and methodologies

  • Proficiency with Jira for project tracking, workflow management, and reporting

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences

  • Proven ability to manage relationships and drive alignment across diverse, cross-functional teams

  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industries preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of AI/ML development lifecycle (experimentation, training, deployment, monitoring)

  • Experience with credit risk modeling or fraud detection solutions

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and scaled Agile frameworks

  • PMP, PgMP, CSM, or equivalent certification

  • Experience with MLOps tools and practices
