Job Description:

  • The client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee end-to-end customer onboarding and software implementation projects, serving as the primary point of contact across multiple concurrent client engagements.

Job Summary

  • Manage 15-25 simultaneous customer implementation projects across various stages, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets remain on track

  • Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact throughout the full implementation lifecycle, from kickoff through project close

  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams including product, sales, and technical stakeholders to align on deliverables and resolve issues

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and documentation using Smartsheet and related tools

  • Monitor project milestones and critical dates, identifying risks early and escalating to leadership as needed

  • Conduct project kickoff meetings, define individual roles and expectations, and ensure all team members have required tools and training

  • Drive process improvements and participate in the development of project standards, procedures, and quality objectives

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of project management experience, specifically in customer onboarding or software implementation (SaaS environment preferred)

  • Background in financial services, banking, lending, or compliance

  • Proficiency with project and productivity tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, and MS Office.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects at an enterprise level with strong organizational and communication skills

  • Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.

  • Meet deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
