  • Full life-cycle recruiting of technical professionals
  • IT and Engineering
  • Utilizing creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent
  • Building and maintain a quality pipeline of candidates for contract, contract to hire, and direct hire placement through fostering long-term relationships with candidates.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to anticipate and meet staffing needs, ensure quality of selection and timeliness of hire
  • Market qualified candidates to new and existing clients
  • Knowledge of Bullhornis a plus Interested candidates should have:
  • 2-3 yearsexperience recruiting for Engineering/IT roles
  • Experience in arecruiting environment supporting both direct hire andcontract positions
  • Highly motivated with a desire to succeed
  • Driven, Upbeat, positive attitude
  • Ability to develop long term relationships with candidates
