Technical Skills and Knowledge:
  • Deep Understanding of Azure Services: A comprehensive grasp of Azure's core services across compute (Virtual Machines, Azure Functions, Azure Container Instances, Azure Kubernetes Service), networking (Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, Azure DNS, VPN Gateway), storage (Blob Storage, Azure Files, Azure Queue Storage, Azure Disks), and databases (Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Database for MySQL/PostgreSQL).
  • Azure Architecture and Design: Ability to design scalable, secure, highly available, and cost-effective cloud solutions on Azure, aligning with the Azure Well-Architected Framework and Cloud Adoption Framework.
  • Identity and Access Management: Expertise in Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), including user and group management, role-based access control (RBAC), single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and conditional access.
  • Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR): Ability to design and implement BCDR solutions using Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, and other relevant services.
  • Monitoring and Logging: Experience with Azure Monitor, Azure Log Analytics, and Application Insights for monitoring the health, performance, and security of Azure environments.
