As a Healthcare Technical Consulting Director, you will:
  • Lead end to end client engagements from strategy development to solution implementation technical ensuring alignment with our healthcare client's strategic goals and regulatory compliance

  • Manage project teams providing guidance, mentorship and quality assurance to deliver high-quality work products on time and within budget

  • Serve as trusted advisor to C-level executives and Seni .or Leadership providing insights on Epic EHR systems guiding them through complex digital transformation initiatives

  • Develop and implement industry best practices for EHR management ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and improving overall system efficacy

  • Partner with consultants and client personnel to identify, quantify, implement and measure process improvement initiatives

  • Design and execute change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and workflows by clinical and non-clinical staff

  • Deliver solutions tailored to each client's unique needs, enhancing both impact and accessibility across healthcare services

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience

  • Current Epic Certification in core area of expertise with extensive knowledge of its products and solutions.

  • 10+ years' experience providing Epic consulting in hospitals and healthcare, ideally large healthcare organizations

  • Project management and experience with Epic implementations

  • Ability to build strategic partnerships within client stakeholders and maintain a professional network recognizing opportunities to expand relationships and identify business development opportunities

  • Authorization to work in the United States

  • A willingness and ability to travel an average of 50% of the time

The estimated base salary range for this job is $150,000 - $210,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $195,000 - $227,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
