As a Talent and Organizational Development Specialist, you will lead the end-to-end development and execution of training plans that support enterprise-wide change initiatives and technical capability building, including conducting needs assessments, designing curriculum, developing learning materials, and delivering high-quality programs in partnership with leaders and project teams. Your goal will be to create practical, impactful learning and capability solutions that align with business priorities, strengthen organizational performance, and enhance employee satisfaction by building the skills and behaviours needed for success. Your Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Organizational Effectiveness Specialists, leaders, and project teams to design and deliver learning and organizational solutions that align with business priorities and enhance performance
  • Develop practical, scalable learning programs and solutions that build capability, support organizational change, and improve day-to-day ways of working
  • Assess learning needs and organizational capability gaps, translating insights into clear, simple, and effective development strategies
  • Support organizational design and process improvement efforts by analyzing current and future state structures, workflows, and effectiveness aligned to business strategy
  • Contribute to change management initiatives by supporting impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, and readiness activities to enable successful adoption
  • Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences, including workshops, eLearning, and blended programs, to support capability building and change adoption
  • Evaluate effectiveness of learning and OE initiatives using data, feedback, and metrics to drive continuous improvement and measurable outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and collaborate across HR Business Partners, Communications, and Training teams to deliver integrated solutions
  • Lead small to medium initiatives and support larger Organizational Effectiveness projects, including research, development of materials, and participation in cross-functional project teams

Your Skills:

  • Translate business priorities and change initiatives into practical, outcome-driven learning and capability solutions
  • Design structured learning experiences grounded in adult learning theory, with thoughtful consideration for adoption, reinforcement, and sustainment
  • Interpret qualitative and quantitative inputs to diagnose needs, shape solutions, and measure impact
  • Navigate complexity by balancing competing priorities, maintaining momentum, and delivering in evolving, ambiguous environments
  • Build alignment across diverse stakeholders by fostering trust, surfacing insights, and guiding conversations toward shared outcomes
  • Leverage digital tools and platforms (e.g., Articulate 360, MS Teams, SharePoint) to create scalable, accessible, and engaging learning experiences

Your Experience:

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Adult Education, Organizational Development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of experience designing and delivering learner-focused solutions, including instructional design, curriculum development, facilitation, and eLearning (e.g., Articulate 360)
  • Experience contributing to business initiatives and change efforts, with exposure to organizational effectiveness practices; change management certification considered an asset

The expected salary range for this position is $66,267 -$87,804. Placement within range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
