Must Have Qualifications:
  • 5–6 years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Engineering, or a related technical role.

  • Strong experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and enterprise data analysis.

  • Expertise in financial master and reference data domains including Security Master, Account, Benchmark, Client, and related financial datasets.

  • Experience with enterprise MDM platforms such as GoldenSource or similar solutions.

  • Strong understanding of Financial Services data ecosystems and operational data flows.

  • Experience with fund accounting, wealth management, custody, investment operations, or related financial platforms.

  • Strong SQL skills with experience analyzing large and complex datasets.

  • Experience with data mapping, source-to-target mapping, reconciliation, and data lineage documentation.

  • Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and enterprise data integration.

  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms including Databricks, Spark, Azure, AWS, or similar technologies.

  • Knowledge of metadata management, data governance, and data quality processes.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Data Analyst with expertise in Master Data Management (MDM), financial data domains, and enterprise data platforms within the Financial Services industry. The role supports enterprise data initiatives focused on Security Master, Account, Benchmark, Client, and other critical master and reference data domains while driving data modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Master Data Management (MDM) across Security Master, Account, Client, Benchmark, and related financial data domains.

  • Analyze, profile, and document enterprise data flows, business rules, and data lineage.

  • Support enterprise MDM implementation and modernization initiatives.

  • Perform data analysis, source-to-target mapping, reconciliation, and integration across multiple financial systems.

  • Collaborate with data architects, engineers, governance teams, and business stakeholders.

  • Support integration of legacy financial systems into enterprise data warehouses, data lakes, and cloud platforms.

  • Drive data quality, governance, metadata management, and operational controls.

  • Partner with engineering teams supporting Databricks, Spark, and cloud-native data platforms.

  • Support enterprise reporting, analytics, risk, compliance, and operational data initiatives.

  • Work with market data providers and financial reference data feeds to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

Preferred Skills
  • Financial Services, Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Banking industry experience.

  • Exposure to enterprise data modernization and cloud migration initiatives.

  • Experience with Azure, AWS, Databricks, Spark, and distributed data environments.
