Schedule: 40 hours per week; on-site Tuesdayโ€“Thursday and remote Monday/Friday

Assignment Dates: September 28, 2026 โ€“ September 27, 2027

Job Summary

Our client in the consumer technology industry is seeking a detail-oriented Content Developer to create, maintain, and improve customer-support and internal knowledge-base content. This role supports a fast-moving, global service organization by translating complex business updates and project requirements into clear, accurate, and easy-to-use procedures.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer and problem solver who can manage multiple priorities, work independently through ambiguity, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners. Success in this role requires sound editorial judgment, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines.

What You'll Do
  • Create, edit, publish, and maintain operational procedures, knowledge articles, and specialist-facing support content.
  • Review business update requests to confirm accuracy, clarity, consistency, and alignment with established content standards.
  • Identify duplicate, outdated, conflicting, or missing content and recommend improvements.
  • Partner with business owners, project teams, and learning stakeholders to gather requirements and validate content.
  • Assess project impacts to existing procedures and determine which materials need to be created, revised, or retired.
  • Track content deliverables, dependencies, and readiness milestones across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Support the timely availability of procedures and reference materials for training and program launches.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow established policies for sensitive internal information.
  • Contribute content for internal tools and other operational resources as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience writing, editing, or maintaining knowledge-base, procedural, technical, or corporate communications content.
