Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 2-4 years relevant professional experience.
  • Ability to sign-off on applicable technical and/or clinical content.
  • Experience designing and developing eLearning, instructor-led training, and assessments.
  • Demonstrated application of adult learning theory.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience working and collaborating with SMEs and other Instructional Designers to create learning content.
  • Ability to work with instructional design processes, tools, and templates.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple development projects and deadlines, and adapt to project changes.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Must provide work samples and/or portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within the team and with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop or update learning content.
  • Conduct peer review and QA of deliverables.
  • Partner with content developers, LMS administrators, and Implementation Administrators to implement training content on client Learning, ISU, and Seismic platforms.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of training content throughout the implementation and translation process and provide regular status updates to CL&D teams.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that arise during the implementation and evaluation phases.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline the implementation process.
  • Assist in evaluating learning content using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods to drive design/development improvements.

Nice to Have:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in biotech or medical device organization preferred.
  • Curriculum Development or Instructional Design/Technology, Education, or Science/Engineering degree preferred.
  • Delivery of training in a professional or classroom setting.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency preferred.

  • MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Qualification And Education:
