Role :SAAS Application Analyst / Business Analyst
Location:  Hybrid in Alpharetta, GA
Duration : Long Term Contract 
 
Key Responsibilities
Conduct financial analysis of SaaS applications, including cost/benefit analysis, ROI, usage trends, and optimization opportunities.
Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, renewals, compliance, and service-level monitoring.
Maintain a comprehensive inventory of SaaS applications, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, IT, and Business Units to assess application value, consolidation opportunities, and budget impacts.
Develop and deliver presentations and recommendations to the executive committee, highlighting key findings, risks, and opportunities.
Monitor SaaS market trends, benchmarks, and emerging vendors to inform strategic planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies, data security, and licensing agreements.
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field (MBA preferred).
3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, SaaS management, or IT procurement/vendor management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Excel/financial modeling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership.
Knowledge of SaaS contract structures, pricing models, and vendor ecosystems.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across multiple teams.
 
Preferred Skills:
 
Experience with SaaS Management Platforms (e.g., Zylo, BetterCloud, Vendr, or similar).
Familiarity with IT asset management and procurement processes.
Strong negotiation skills with proven vendor management experience
