Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with 10+ years of expertise in software application delivery. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in bridging business and technology teams, driving requirement discovery, supporting large-scale Agile programs, and ensuring successful end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications. Prior exposure to Health Insurance systems is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a core team member in software application delivery, contributing critical thinking, proactive communication, and ownership of deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, Business Operations Leads, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Lead and actively participate in epic and feature discovery, refinement, and gap analysis sessions.
  • Independently assess requirements, determine next steps, and drive work forward to meet program objectives.
  • Support large-scale Agile programs with experience in 3-month PI/planning cycles and 2-week sprint execution.
  • Create and maintain detailed business, technical, process, and data flow diagrams.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable documentation for development and IT teams.
  • Communicate effectively with developers and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation for business processes, system integrations, and technical workflows.
  • Create and manage field-level mapping documents, spreadsheets, and related artifacts.
  • Support API-based integrations by understanding data formats, documentation standards, testing tools, and implementation practices.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in software application delivery.
  • Strong experience working in Agile / SAFe environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
  • Hands-on experience creating process flows, data models, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within large, cross-functional teams.
  • Foundational understanding of programming concepts and system integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, data formats (JSON/XML), testing tools, and implementation best practices.

Desirable Skills
  • Prior experience with Health Insurance systems.
  • Understanding of multiple domains within Health Insurance (Claims, Enrollment, Provider, Member, Billing, etc.).
  • Exposure to Infor EAM Technical environments is a plus.
