The Principal, Technical Program Manager leads the planning and execution of complex, large-scale technical programs involving multiple teams and dependencies. This role requires expertise in program and risk management, technical design, and stakeholder engagement to ensure seamless delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions. The position demands proactive communication, strategic problem-solving, and continuous improvement to drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will independently manage program scopes, timelines, and resources while mentoring team members and fostering alignment across cross-functional groups to achieve business objectives effectively.

What you'll do:

  • Define and manage large-scale technical programs, coordinating cross-functional teams and resources to meet delivery goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans, including stage gates, critical paths, and key deliverables.
  • Translate product requirements into technical designs, ensuring scalability, performance, and operational excellence.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, resolve dependencies, and drive issue resolution to maintain program momentum.
  • Communicate progress and align stakeholders through clear, concise reporting and engagement.
  • Mentor team members on best practices and promote continuous improvement in program execution.
  • Drive automation and process enhancements to optimize workflows and delivery outcomes.
