Job description

As an Administrative Support Assistant Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. This internship is designed to provide you with hands-on experience in various administrative functions, enhance your organizational skills, and prepare you for a career in administrative support.


Job Duties:


  • Answering and directing phone calls courteously and professionally.
  • Filing and managing documents, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings, including booking conference rooms and managing calendars.
  • Managing office supplies by monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Proofreading and editing documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and databases to track various business metrics and projects.
  • Working closely with team members to coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Assisting in the planning and execution of company events, including employee recognition programs and team-building activities.
  • Learning and applying administrative support skills and procedures.
  • Participating in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills.
