We are looking for a strong and technical program manager to drive and deliver the Enterprise software releases. This position will give you the best opportunity to showcase your strong program management experience and knowledge of Generative AI innovations, Large Language Models (LLMs) and traditional machine learning (ML). Our work at NVIDIA is dedicated towards a computing model passionate about visual and AI computing. For over multiple decades, NVIDIA has pioneered visual computing, the art and science of computer graphics, with our invention of the GPU. The GPU has also shown to be astonishingly effective at solving some of the most sophisticated problems in computer science. Today, NVIDIA's GPU simulates human intelligence, running deep learning algorithms and acting as the brain of computers, robots and self-driving cars that can perceive and understand the world. Artificial intelligence is already on its way to transform every industry. You will get the opportunity to directly work with NVIDIA's industry leading software stack partners to complete and deliver groundbreaking product roadmap across various enterprise software. You will collaborate closely with teams, including engineering and product management for execution and alignment with organizational objectives. In partnership with such diverse partners, you will be responsible for developing robust processes that ensure the successful execution and timely delivering of the software products. Inspect and assess projects' health; provide feedback for corrections needed or help raise up issues for quick resolution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements and have experience in large & complex program management. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently are critical. Huge positive if you already have had experiences managing technical alignment or engineering partnership across other companies.

What you'll be doing:

  • As a Technical Program Manager, you will be directly managing technical alignment and product delivery with various NVIDIA partners

  • Internally, you will be driving the release planning and collaborating with the Engineering and Product teams that are globally distributed across time zones.

  • You will be responsible for the overall consistency and coherence of specifications, setting quality standards and drive quality output of the software releases.

  • Speak objectively and constructively about what is working well and what needs to improve as we develop new processes.

  • Ensure that systems are in place to manage product feedback from customers as well as internal stakeholders.

  • Promote a positive environment across the organization by modeling behavior that promotes good morale.

  • Know the latest developments in the state of the art in relevant technology and computing ecosystems.

  • Lead a mix of infrastructure, full-stack, and AI/ML solutions. Inspire the team with a sound technical vision and a vitality to execute by creating an inclusive team culture.

  • Continuous Improvement: Find opportunities for process improvements and optimizations. Collaborate to implement standard methodologies, drive efficiency gains, and enhance performance.

What we need to see:

  • 8+ years proven track record in technical program management or related roles.

  • 5+ years of this experience should be engineering (coding) and machine learning and deep learning software architecture and frameworks.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or other technical field (or equivalent experience).

  • Deep hands-on experience with DL Frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.). Up to speed on generative-AI advancements.

  • Experience leading programs building software products using AI technologies.

  • Ability to cultivate teamwork among teams composed of both technical and non-technical members.

  • Strong written and oral communications skills, independent and able to multitask effectively with minimal day-to-day direction.

  • Proven track record to drive alignment across external and internal stakeholders and deliver complex products to customers.

  • Confirmed experience to creatively resolve issues and resource conflicts. Ability to think strategically and tactically and to build consensus to make programs successful.

  • Detailed knowledge of software engineering principles. Experience with industry standard configuration management tools. Experience with productivity tools and process automation.

  • You should be detail oriented with shown ability to multitask, in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements.

  • Excellent knowledge of theory and practice of Generative AI and Large Language Models and specifically with NVIDIA GPUs and software libraries.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4, and 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
