What You'll Do Provide real-time technical support to residential service technicians via phone and video calls. Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues by guiding technicians step-by-step. Serve as the subject matter expert-teaching, coaching, and helping technicians grow their skills. Document recurring issues and collaborate with leadership to improve training and processes.
