Requirements / Qualifications

Education & Experience: A Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of related experience; or an AA and 7 years administrative experience; or 10 years administrative experience. Possess strong oral/written communication skills and the ability to interface effectively with individuals of many diverse styles both within the Springs Charter organization and outside the school. Must possess strong computer skills and be willing to learn software applications to adequately support department requirements. A completed EDJOIN application is required; resumes do not replace the application. The qualified candidate will perform administrative tasks in support of both leadership and department goals and objectives. This Administrative Assistant II will perform diverse, technical administrative tasks requiring strong communication skills and independent judgment in a public-facing role. Duties include data analysis and timely entry of a variety data using various software programs. Support office operations by organizing activities and communications.
