POSITION SUMMARY: The Arizona Department of Education (ADE) IT division seeks an IT Project Manager who is self-driven and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that operates on collaboration and partnership with all business stakeholders. The successful candidate will have extensive technical expertise and demonstrate previous experience and success in large, enterprise-wide projects, with an emphasis on implementing projects in Software Development, Data Visualization, and Vendor Management. This role requires a calm and composed individual with excellent listening skills, capable of handling unexpected changes due to government policy shifts. The ideal candidate will work independently with minimal consultation and provide innovative solutions under tight timelines.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Proficiency in Agile principles, capable of applying them effectively for flexible and collaborative project execution.
