We have a great opportunity for Full-Stack Manager/Directors/VP with
a strong server-side or full-stack experience, has been heavily
involved with hiring and managing engineers. who has had a
demonstrated experience in working with open-source web technologies
and has worked with high reliability systems that manage lots of
data.
**This is a full-time/ Permanent role, client is based  in New York,
NY

We are looking to fill 3 engineering positions (see below)
(Position 1) Director of Engineer/VP of Engineer with a strong server-side or full-stack experience, has been heavily involved with hiring and managing engineers (even if he was not solely responsible; could be as small as 2-6 people) who has demonstrated the ability to define and implement effective dev process. The candidate is expected to roll-up their sleeves and code in the beginning to get familiar with the code base, the proportion of which will decline as the team grows. The candidate should have held increasing levels of responsibility at one or more of their past employers. Candidate may not have the opportunity for growth in their existing role because of a glass ceiling, and will have the opportunity to grow into VP Engg role at Monaeo. ~$150-200k budget, sliding scale based on equity
(Position 2) Senior full stack developer who has had a demonstrated experience in working with open-source web technologies and has worked with high reliability systems that manage lots of data. The candidate should have demonstrated an upward career trajectory at one or more of their past employers. ~$125-150k budget, sliding scale based on equity
(Position 3) Senior full stack developer who has had a demonstrated experience and excitement working on front-end, but can also be a very valuable resource to the server-side work that needs to get done. This person will also have done some mobile work, or shows enthusiasm to learn mobile. The candidate should have demonstrated an upward career trajectory at one or more of their past employers. ~$125-150k budget, sliding scale based on equity
