Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative at Intelerad, you'll drive the initial conversations that introduce our innovative medical imaging solutions to healthcare organizations worldwide. This role is essential to building our sales pipeline by identifying prospects, developing relationships with healthcare decision-makers, and creating qualified opportunities for our Account Executive team. You'll play a critical role in communicating the value of our solutions while contributing to our mission of transforming healthcare through technology. 

This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge healthcare technology in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact our growth and success in improving patient care globally.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Research and identify key decision-makers at mid to large healthcare enterprises, building targeted prospect lists that align with Intelerad's ideal customer profile and strategic objectives.  
  • Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns including email, phone, and social selling to engage prospects and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.  
  • Build rapport and trust with healthcare executives by demonstrating deep understanding of their challenges and articulating how Intelerad's solutions address their specific needs.  
  • Own the early stages of the sales process from initial contact through qualified opportunity handoff, ensuring smooth transitions and comprehensive prospect information transfer.  
  • Partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Operations to optimize lead qualification processes and contribute to overall team success and revenue goals.  
Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience   
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or customer-facing roles   
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to craft compelling messaging and present solutions clearly   
  • Strong research and analytical skills with ability to identify and prioritize high-value prospects   
  • Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively   
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and commitment to achieving targets and continuous improvement  

Preferred Qualifications & Special Requirements 

  • Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or B2B technology sales  
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry challenges and buying processes  
  • Experience with lead generation tools and sales automation platforms  
  • Understanding of medical imaging or healthcare IT solutions  
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales development metrics 

Travel Requirements: Minimal travel required (less than 10%)

The base pay for this position is $25.50 per hour within any geographic market in the USA.  Intelerad is a total compensation company.   First year estimated OTE (on target earnings) for this role including base salary and commission is $68,000-71,000, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, retirement, PTO, and/or other benefits.
