What You'll Do
  • Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget
  • Build strong customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
  • Learn and present vehicle features, technology, and product information
  • Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles to customers
  • Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from initial contact through delivery
  • Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction
  • Utilize proven sales and customer service techniques
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities
  • Work closely with sales managers and team members to achieve department goals
  • Represent Rydell Chevrolet professionally and positively at all times
