Kognitive Sales Solutions is hiring In-Store Brand Ambassadors across Canada to represent one of the country's most trusted financial brands inside major retail locations. This is a people-first role where your ability to engage, educate, and inspire action makes all the difference.

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers directly on the retail floor and share the benefits of our client's financial product(Credit Cards) in a clear, relatable way
  • Listen to customers' needs and guide them toward a product that genuinely fits their lifestyle
  • Become the in-store expert so customers and store staff look to you as the go-to resource
  • Drive brand awareness, advocacy, and new customer acquisition through meaningful one-on-one conversations
  • Deliver a consistently outstanding customer experience from first hello to completed application
  • Find creative, authentic ways to approach and engage customers throughout the day
  • Build strong working relationships with store teams across your assigned locations
  • Handle customer information with professionalism and a high standard of confidentiality
  • Flex across multiple store locations within your region as business needs require

Compensation

  • Base wage $18/hr plus uncapped commission
  • Permanent full-time or part-time positions available
  • Flexible schedule Monday through Sunday, 9am to 9pm
