Job description

Position:

Teacher of Technology Education/Industrial Arts ย 

Location:

Monroe Township High School

Qualifications:

Must hold appropriate New Jersey teaching certificate; successful teaching experience preferred. Knowledge of subject specialty and current pedagogical best practices required. Experience with 21st-century STEM education programming and Project Lead the Way curriculum preferred. Must be proficient in the use of 21st century instructional technology. Experience in Special Education welcomed.

Responsibility:

To provide an approved education program and establish a class environment that fosters learning and personal growth; to help pupils to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for continued education; and to maintain good relationships with parents and other staff members.

Availability:

November 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027

Salary:

Following the established MTEA Salary Guide ranging from $54,047 to $98,247 based on experience.
