Job Title: CI Operations IT Manager Location(s): Quantico, VA Hours: Regular Full-Time Clearance Requirements This position requires a current and active TS/ SCI with Poly at the time of application. What you will be doing: * The CI Operational IT Manager shall assist EMO with enterprise-level IT solutions supporting CI functional management, enterprise coordination and deconfliction, and performance assessment. * Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * attending stakeholder and vendor meetings to identify functional management IT requirements * creating, publishing, managing FRDs for analytical tools, dashboards catalog systems, and coordination platforms, meeting notes, current and future capabilities requirements and backlogs * build proof of concepts for functional management solutions, policy and directive review, surveys, and other formal IT and business management documentation, specific for each product, and provide post-implementation performance and production analysis. * the CI Operations IT Manager shall be a SME with expertise and experiences in a CI career field, specialized in CI investigations, operations, collection, analysis and production, functional services and/or mission support. * Highly desired skills are a credentialed CI special agent or law enforcement at the State or Federal level, graduate of a special agent in CI or a HUMINT certified course. * Mid-level contractor personnel work independently with moderate Government oversight. * Provides comprehensive and completed products that may require multiple minor revisions and/or editing. Position Requirements Minimum Requirements: Education/Experience: * A Bachelor or Master's degree with 4-6 years of relevant subject matter experience, or, specialized training and 4-8 years' subject matter experience, or, equivalent intelligence/academic experience Physical Demands This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required.
