Job Summary:
Smarthost Design Technologies is a growing innovative information technology and services solution provider. They are seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to support a U.S. Army organization, managing IT operations, helpdesk support, and ensuring compliance with security policies.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Manage helpdesk operations and ensure all tickets are resolved within 72 hours
โ€ข Administer Active Directory accounts and group permissions
โ€ข Manage Army365 licenses and accounts
โ€ข Maintain accurate inventory of all IT equipment and automation systems
โ€ข Manage annual lifecycle replacement process in accordance with Army purchasing procedures
โ€ข Oversee warranty repairs and equipment replacement
โ€ข Support and maintain 26 classroom audio visual systems
โ€ข Manage mobility devices and ensure mission capable status
โ€ข Ensure compliance with Army and DoD IT security policies
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Active U.S. Secret clearance at time of application
โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related technical discipline
โ€ข CompTIA Security+ certification
โ€ข Minimum of 12 years of experience in Information Technology and or Project Management roles
โ€ข Experience managing Active Directory user and computer accounts
โ€ข Experience with Windows group permissions
โ€ข Experience troubleshooting printers, hardware, and software
โ€ข Experience writing and troubleshooting PowerShell scripts for Windows 11 and Office 365
